I had the absolute pleasure of talking business with Alex, Robert, and Lou (who I later found out to be the man in charge) while assisting them at my place of work. Although I do not need their services at this point in time I can safely say if a day comes where I suffer damages to either my home or business my first call is going to be Lou. The manner with which he and his crew carry themselves can be explained by nothing short of “the best of the best.” I feel like I’ve already been a customer of theirs. Having taken a look through all the work they’ve done and what everyone else has to say about them I definitely count my time spent talking with these gentlemen as a blessing for the future. They’re courteous, charismatic, and above all knowledgeable. You don’t see many bosses with compassion like Lou’s or workers with dedication like Alex and Robert’s.

I highly recommend this company! While I hope you never need their services, if you do though, they are the go-to company. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to work with. I couldn’t praise them high enough with their help in boarding up and securing the house the next day after the fire on sunday night, along with answering any of my questions or concerns. Highly Recommend!

on 04/18/22, a vehicle crashed into my home while they were making a delivery. thankfully, no injuries. with all the yard filled with first responders, Boston Board Up was there to secure the remains of the enclosed front porch. Lou and his crew were nothing short of phenomenal!!!!. Lou took the time to inform us what what will and need to happen.. to get ready for the insurance Company inspection, my porch needed to be emptied , we were advised to rent A Pod, and we did. on 05/02 we took delivery of one. VERY SOON AFTER, Lou and his crew were back to the house to load the POD up for us. they were quick , professional , friendly (they even sweep the now empty porch before leaving). they were heros!!!

I hope you never have an emergency like I had, when a cinderblock fell through my skylight! But if you do, you are lucky that Lou F and Boston Board Up exists – Lou, Tyler, John, and the rest of the crew showed up after dark, about an hour after I called them, and they professionally boarded up the skylight and hauled away the damage. They took photographs of the roof and skylight beforehand so that I can submit the claim to insurance, too. They were kind and respectful, they reassured my worried neighbors, and their work enabled me to have a peaceful night’s sleep. I can’t recommend them enough, even though I hope I never have need to see them again. 🙂

Lou Falzarano’s (owner) professionalism, knowledge of construction and integrity are 2nd to none. He always puts his clients interest in front of his own, at their most needed time, people have tremendous losses and Lou will always guide them in the right direction and help them in any way he possibly can. #amazingatwhathedoes #bostonboardup
